*OPEN SESSION - The gym is open for training to all levels Fighter training and most advanced training sessions will be soley for the purpose of conditioning. A typical training routine will consist of the following: 20 - 25 mins skipping Padwork 4 - 6 rounds of 4 min duration with 2 rounds focusing on boxing and elbows
Bagwork 3 - 4 rounds of 3 min duration (practice push kicks, knees and kicks) Sparring 2 rounds of 3 min duration 15 mins of clinch and knee work 200 knees on the bag and 100 kicks 200 - 300 sit ups Warm down Beginner and intermediate training sessions will focus mainly on the teaching of Muay Thai technique using all the weapons (legs, knees, elbows and fists) by using pad and bagwork as well as the building of physical and mental fitness.
***Please be at the gym at least 10 mins before the start of your session***
MEMBERSHIP & TRAINING FEES There is an annual € 65 membership fee. This includes a training licence and sports injury insurance cover from the AEMT (Asociacion Española de Muay Thai) please provide a photocopy of ID and 1 passport size photo. All new members will also receive a Marbella Muay Thai Tshirt. FIRST TRAINING SESSION IS FREE
Unlimited training (includes classes, open sessions & 1 private training session) costs € 99 per month
12 training sessions per month (includes open gym) costs € 90 per month

training sessions per month (includes open gym) costs € 70 per month
OR PAY € 10 per session (includes open gym) INTRODUCE A NEW MEMBER AND GET 1 TRAINING SESSION FREE CONTACT US TO ARRANGE A PRIVATE 1 ON 1 60 MIN TRAINING SESSION WITH OUR HEAD TRAINER. FOR A BETTER RATE CONTACT US TO SCHEDULE A PRIVATE 60 MIN SESSION FOR A SMALL GROUP (MAX 4 PEOPLE).
